Here’s a new recipe I recently tried BACON JAM. I have to say I’m eating it by the spoonful. It’s sweet, salty, tangy, with a smoky hint of java. It comes together quick with little prep and few ingredients. What takes the most time is to develop the thick caramel goodness at a low and slow simmer. Place all ingredients in large fry pan stirring occasionally. Give it lots of time. Trust me, It won’t last long in the fridge… I say put that s**t on everything.
